When I add a new computer for an employee, I need it up and running asap. I purchased the software online and felt secure that if it did not work for me they would send a refund. I tried and tried to get it to work. Called the tech support. Never could get the drivers to update. NOT EVEN ONE! OUT OF 27! To get my emploee working I went ahead and searched out my drivers on my own. I expect a refund! Your product did not provide the service it promised and I want my $9.95 back.
